These terms apply to the Ibnox Technologies LLP website and to Drug Ledger, our pharmacy billing and inventory software. By using them you agree to these terms.
1. Licence
When you buy a plan, we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Drug Ledger for your own business for the plan period, within the number of users shown on your plan. Each user may be signed in on one computer and one phone at a time.
2. Free trial
The free trial lets you try core features and save a limited number of bills (currently 25) before choosing a plan.
3. Plans, renewal and grace period
- Plans are billed yearly unless agreed otherwise. Prices are shared on request and confirmed in your quote or invoice.
- After a plan ends you can keep billing for a grace period (currently 7 days) while you renew.
- Devices must connect to the internet at least once every 7 days to refresh their licence.
- Your data stays on your devices even if your plan ends.
4. Your responsibilities
- Keep your login details private and give staff their own logins.
- Check that prices, GST rates, HSN codes and other details you enter are correct. Drug Ledger calculates from the data you provide; GST returns and reports should be reviewed by you or your accountant before filing.
- Take regular backups. We provide one-click backup and optional cloud sync, but you are responsible for keeping copies of your data.
- Follow the laws that apply to your business, including drug licensing and tax rules.
5. Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass the licence of the software, and do not use it for unlawful purposes.
6. Updates and support
We release updates to fix issues and add features. Support is provided by email and the channels listed on our website during business hours (Mon – Sat, 10:00 – 19:00 IST).
7. Limitation of liability
The software is provided with reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of every error. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the current plan period, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown on this page with a new date.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
