What is Drug Ledger?
Drug Ledger is pharmacy billing and inventory management software made by Ibnox Technologies LLP. It handles GST billing, batch-wise stock, expiry tracking, purchases, customer khata and reports for medical stores, chemists and pharma wholesalers in India, and works fully offline on Windows and Android.

Does Drug Ledger really work without internet?
Yes. Billing, stock, reports and printing all run on your device. Internet is only used for optional cloud backup and sync between devices, and to refresh your licence at least once a week.
Which devices does it run on?
Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit) PCs for the counter, and Android phones running Android 7.0 or newer. An iPhone version is planned.
Can I use it on both my counter PC and my phone?
Yes. The Windows and mobile apps share one shop engine and one database format. Each user can be signed in on one PC and one phone at the same time.
Are the invoices GST compliant?
Bills carry your GSTIN, drug licence number, HSN, batch, expiry and the CGST / SGST split on GST-inclusive MRP. Reports include GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B summaries with Excel export.
Which printers are supported?
Any Windows printer for the A4 tax invoice, and 80 mm or 58 mm thermal roll printers for receipts. You choose the default in Settings and can switch per bill.
How do I move my existing stock in?
Enter your supplier bills through stock inward — scan them with the phone camera or pick items from the built-in catalogue of 20,000+ medicines, which fills composition, company and pack for you. We help you with the first load.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can use billing, inventory, reports, barcode and bill scan and save up to 25 bills before choosing a plan.
What happens if my plan expires?
You get a 7-day grace period to keep billing while you renew, with a reminder banner. Your data is never deleted.
Is my data safe?
Your shop data stays on your own devices. You can take a full backup in one click, restore it on any PC, and optional cloud sync uses a secure connection.
